Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Exchanges are currently available on the following stores: United States Only

Exchanges are currently NOT available on the following stores: Rest of the world.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN YET?

When you complete a return, you will get a tracking number. Please check your tracking or order number to see if we’ve received your order back to our warehouse.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

  • Refunds will be actioned within 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
