The Dopa bands comes in four types of (soon five) resistance levels. Each level have his own characteristics: diameter, softness and elasticness that set the resistance level. To choose the right Dopa bands use a combination of your weight and fitness level to devide what resistance bands will be perfect for you.
If you are 55-72kg, you should choose the Lightweight Band, BUT if your weight is 55-72 and your fitness level is very high, you should choose the next level of resistance (Middleweight Band) If your weight is 55-72kg and your fitness level is very low, choose the lower level of resistance, in that case: Featherweight Band
